I have combination skin but textured and my fine lines are starting to stand out. I found that giving my skin some extra moisture at night is really helping with those issues. This defense serum has a silky light texture. My skin definitely has a sheen after using it but it absorbs fully in less than 5 minutes. Not sticky or thick. No smell really. A little goes a long way so you get your money’s worth with this bottle for sure. In the morning my face looks smoother and skin is soft/supple. This age defying serum really change the game for me for the last 7day. It is super gentle and leaves my skin hydrated without irritation occurs. It is so good for me since I am nursing, and i know it’s safe.
My oily skin loves this, it plumps and soften my skin. It has thin and creamy consistency and lightweight. I just noticed It has a slight scent of plastic, but it goes away and it’s not bothering at all.

I absolutely love using this bakuchiol serum! It glides on and sink into the skin so smoothly and effortlessly. This would be a great substitution for retinol or retinoid especially if your skin is sensitive like mine and cannot tolerate those actives. I really appreciate that the serum is so gentle, most likely because the ingredient list is simple and straight to the point; I can layer it easily on top of my other actives at night too without irritation.
As someone who is looking to up their anti-aging game, I would highly recommend that you incorporate this into your skincare routine. I am currently using the bakuchiol serum on nights where I’m not using my retinol and it has done wonders for my skin!

On my way out the door the next morning it was easy to apply and fast absorbing so as not to add any cumbersome steps to my fast paced schedule.
